I liked this movie the best among all the Harry Potter movies so far. It did not faithfully follow the book but the simplification of the plot was a good thing for the movie.
For me Harry Pottedr 6 was a great chapter huge potter fan it is actually my favorite book but for the movie eh I mean its second place on my list UI dont think the Harry Ginny relationship got to much focus I mean Ron and Hermione got more and evenb that wasnt enough. All in all story was brilliaqntly told in the movie. Bit hurried though. I hope that Deathly Hallows after all it being a 2 part 5 hour movie wont be disapointing I dont mind if they add somthing to it (Which they did burning down the burrow number 6 extra polot in number 7) just dont take out
can't wait to see it!
the best harry potter movie yet
Personally my favorite Harry Potter movie yet! I thought certain actors improved since the last film. Got me energized for the last two films.

Good movie, but not great. I'd say that this is my least favourite Harry Potter movie yet. Of course, the books are much better. If I have never read the 6th book of the series, I would not have understood many things and what is going on in the movie. I found that everything happened to fast and that the creator of this movie compressed too much in one DVD.
But I have to say that I did enjoy watching the movie. I am a Harry Potter fan and I love the actors/actresses who played in this movie.
I found the love between characters (Harry/Ginny, Hermione/Ron) a bit awkward.
Fair - Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009) 153 min. Probably the darkest in terms of mood and set design of the Harry Potter series. This is the 6th in the series and will not disappoint any Potter fan. I, on the other hand, am not a Harry Potter fan and the reason for this is that his stories are generally fillers with a thin plot line to remind the viewer why we’re watching. One has to enjoy the Potter friendships, sports, magical academics, and relationships to truly enjoy a Harry Potter film because the plot is buried among all the “noise”. Dedication to the actual plot in this film would render this episode under 30 minutes – the rest is all about Potter’s life; which I found more interesting then the previous outings. Also note that the ending is not your typical ending.
if you dont read the book then the movie is good, but if you have read it then you'll be really dissapointed
My husband fell asleep through this movie complaining that it follows exactly the same formula as the previous movies. With that said, the chemistry between the characters is spot on and it's enjoyable to watch them interact with one another.
