Add a CommentAn above average book from Sparks. I enjoyed the "mysterious" aspect of the book. I was hoping for a different ending but if you've read Sparks before then you know how many of his books end.
This book was a wonderful story about enduring romance. I loved it and highly recommend it. It was a page turner. Another great book by a great author.
Typical Nicholas Sparks feel-good read.

It's exactly what you would expect from Nicholas Sparks. I wondered what the title's significance was and it made sense in the end!!!
When you pick up a Nicholas Sparks book, you know its always going to be great. Although the ending of this book wasn't what I had hoped, it made the story all that much more sad & heart warming. Each page was thrilling & it made me want to keep reading. Could not put the book down till the very end! Highly recommended!!
Ok so the ending of this book just made me angry.
Don't pay attention to the negative comments. This is a great book that is well written and very descriptive. It makes you think about young love and the possibilities of a life that could have taken place. There is one pretty violent scene but I'm sure you see worse than that on TV. It's interesting how everything falls into place in the end. I really enjoyed it and there were a few tears shed as well. I want to read more of his books.
