Not worth reading. This is E.L. James being greedy. It's the same book as Fifty Shades of Grey but now told from Christian's point of view. Moreover she broke the first rule of writing: stick with what you know. She cannot get inside a…

I enjoyed the book...while some parts were basically repeated from Fifty Shades of Grey i was ok with that because it was from his point of view and the things that went thru his mind from those same points in Fifty Shades...i wanted to…

Never thought that this series could possible get any worse. Boy was I wrong. Three quarters of the book is just word for word cut and paste of the first book, and the inane back and forth of their incessantly boring emails. Not even…

Grey is a repeat of the first book, fifty shades of grey. In this book, Christian Grey retells the story about how he met Ana Steele but, after 300 pages, I got bored. Not an interesting story. The first three stories in the Fifty…

Bottom line - It could have been better. Too much was a rehash of the first book. Instead of rehashing the same conversations with Ana, what about his individual thoughts after he got home? It would have been a great opportunity for…

This book was exactly what I expected. Not that much new information, but it was interesting to read it from his perspective. I couldn't put it down. I'll read the next one for sure. It's not thought-provoking writing...but that's not…

I liked reading from his point of view. I liked the insight it gave to how he felt once she left him, and how he came to the realization about his true feelings for her. I actually read both this and the original at the same time so I…

Outstanding so far. I am about 1/2 way through the book. I think if you liked the Fifty Shades of Grey Series you should love this book. To all of the people with negative comments haven't you ever heard of the old saying "If you can't…

I was so excited to see what Christian thoughts were!!!! This book really explains him and how he was always one step ahead of her. Thoughts of how he got into the apartment etc...I hope she makes his perspective for all the books.

This is exactly what you would expect. Is it great writing? No. Is there anything new that is introduced? No. Could I not put it down? Yes. Will I read the next one? Yes, duh. Soooo if you liked, loved, tolerated the other books in the…

It is a slow book to read since the Triology of Grey was at a much faster pace. I would like to know more about his past with his biological Mother and moving to Seattle. The nightmares share a little bit of information, however, more…

This book was a rehash of 50 shades even though it was supposedly from Christian's perspective...nothing new. Felt like I was re-reading the first novel.

Throughout all these books I keep coming back to the same thing. This is one sick twisted human being who is really detached from humanity. I enjoyed the book because it follows a path of how he's reconnecting with the world. His first…

I liked Christian's point of view, better than Ana's for some reason. The character development in this book was handled better than in the original 50 Shades...

I was quite disappointed on the read. The first three books were riveting and raunchy. Which was quite surprising since the point of view was coming from a woman with no sexual experience at all. When I read that a follow book was soon to…

I read it because once you got past the Red Room of Pain the story wasn't bad. Something an actual person might go through. I was looking forward to learning more about Christian and why he enjoys the Red Room of Pain, but was disappointed…

Yes, I read it. I thought the 50 Shades series was a romance novel with sex scenes and Grey was sex scenes with some romance. First part was boring but it did get a little better.

Firstly, still scratching my head on how my curiosity got roped into reading this book after skimming through the others. I think because I now have an idea of what CG suppose to look like and they picked one of my favourite actors to play…

Loved the book, in fact the whole series. People have assumed it was a profane book. It is a love story about two people working through their own insecurities and finding love.

Having read the entire series, I was excited to read Christian's side of the story. I LOVED IT! I enjoyed reliving this epic love story. I also liked the glimpses into Christian's past through his nightmares and recollections. It made…

I was bored during the first third of the book. Had to really push myself to read on. HOWEVER, once I got past a certain point, I really enjoyed it! Makes me want to reread the other books, which I rarely do.
