Not recommended.

I'm completely disappointed with this book, and beside myself that the Hospital for Sick Children would allow a book that says, if you children drink soda then limit it to two cans a day? Are you kidding me?! They say this is the "Essential Guide to Nutrition for 2 to 10 year olds". yea right.

Also stating that there's no real difference between conventional and organic foods? Seriously?

I wouldn't be surprised if Monsanto funded the creation and publishing of this book.
