The particular copy of this item that I had came directly from the Lincoln/Belmont library branch that has glitches. Due to my having a medical type of mind, I always liked medical and scientific documentaries. This documentary is an exception to my above likes. I really did not like this item and I could hardly wait for it to end due to that it was very boring.
However, at the same time, it was interesting.

I saw most of this recently when it aired on tv and was impressed by its instructional quality. The human genome contains roughly 23,000 protein-coding genes ... which is comparable to other animals but significantly less than some plants. It is worth noting that genes are like constants in an equation and, as any mathematician or computer programmer will tell you, that's not the interesting part.
