I first read this book ten years ago when I was in junior high and I've only learned to love it more since then. It's quite haunting and has stayed with me after all this time. Easily my favourite Findley book and generally just one of my favourite books, period.

My favourite Timothy Findley book. Love the story - got completely sucked into this book the first time I read it and couldn't put it down!
