This book is very well orgainzed with an easy to read format that is consistent throughout the book. The top 25 herbs are listed with growing conditions, what plant parts are edible and how to use/save them, if it is better to buy plants or if it is possible to grow from seed, etc. Sample recipes for each herb are included. 75 other interesting herbs and flowers are also mentioned. This makes a great reference manual, one that I would consider purchasing if I am going to expand my herb garden.
