The book was well done, giving what appears to be a balanced view of Bezos and the growth of Amazon.
He was cold and calculating and he uses and abuses all employees as he clawes his way to the top.
I cheered when he stood up to and overcame the giants. Then I booed when he became the giant and he ruthlessly destroyed small companies.
Read the book and decide if you want to do business with Amazon.

A very detailled, interesting and, in my view, balanced account of the rise of Amazon, tied closely to the life of its founder and CEO. At first the degree to which the author went to uncover Mr. Bezos' early childhood and family history made me a little uncomfortable, but then I recalled that this is a gentleman on the forefront of the Information Age gathering and sharing information on all of his customers' lives, so fair play in the end.
