Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexandre Taillard de Vorms is a human whirlwind and a man confident in France's importance on the world stage. Altho true the full humor of the film requires a good knowledge not just of French as a language but of French politics, it can still be very enjoyable simply for the physical action and what can glean from the subtitles -- English, after all, does allow for some great word play.

Much too wordy.

A funny, witty comedy but unfortunately
only French people can appreciate the sarcasm , private jokes , quid pro quos and word play which cannot possibly be translated in English and since the whole movie is language driven and based on double entendre...
