A very important book, especially with all that is going on in the Middle East today. Does Israel really have a right to their homeland? This book answers that question, and many others.

Over a decade old, but this book is a classic in defending Israel's right to exist. Famous defence attorney Alan Dershowitz debunks every conspiracy theory regarding the creation and continuation of the country with solid facts, while at the same time he is also critical of its human rights record towards Jews who are not Orthodox. Correctly points out that Arabs who live in Israel proper would rather stay there than move to the Occupied Territories. A few chapters are also devoted to the Clinton peace initiative in 2000, which would have given the Palestinians almost everything they had been asking for, and how when Arafat rejected it he was condemned by the Saudi government for his stupidity. There is also much commentary regarding Dershowitz' long time rival, Noam Chomsky, and their opposing views on this vital issue as well as on the "boycott, divestment and sanctions" movement that has taken over numerous university campuses around the world.
