My Two Souths is a perfect blend of Southern American and Southern India cuisine. Perfect for those looking for a new twist in the kitchen or an entry into India cooking. Beautiful pictures of the food and of India transport you. Flavors are interesting but nothing we made was too spicy and the recipes are easy to follow. Asha's personality shows through in her stories and recipes. We highly recommend this cookbook for cooks of any skill level and the cook book reader.
