This plumbing guide is aimed primarily at new and renovation construction rather than repairs. It's up-to-date on PEX plumbing while also being filled with practical tips on the full range of plumbing tasks. An index is provided to find topics easily. Well illustrated with clear photographs. I found the section on installing grab bars weak as the author installed the bar where the studs were located rather than where the user needed it. I'm always unsettled when the cover of a plumbing guide shows soldering where the rubber parts of a valve are being cooked!
