This book compared to all the other civil war books is the worst because

1. There are not enogh actions scenes and to much diologe
2. It is to short
3. It dosn't have enogh Captian America and should be called "Civil War Winter Solider" instead.

Even though Steve Rogers (Captain America) was the pivitol character of Marvel's Civil War extravaganza, none of the clash of ideas appeared between these covers.

Throoughout the entire Civil War storyline a war of ideologies was being fought for the heart and soul of America but if you wanted to explore Captain America's reason for doing what he was doing, you had to read, Amazing Spider-man, Front Line, and even Iron-man.

These issues dealt with some convoluted plot by the Red Skull the culminated in some vibrational bulltet that severed Steve Roger's conciousness from his body that resulted in his spirit travelling through time while the Red Skull tried to take over Captatin America's body. It didn't even properly address the dynasty of Captain America's Shield etc, etc. Worse still, everything he fought and died for was negated by bringing him back to life just a few years after the events of this book.

If you want good writing, Read Straczynski, Aquire-Sacasa, Micheal-Bendis and Jenkins
