I simply could not get into the personalities of the 3 characters. A genius reported who supposedly accomplishes everything he sets his mind to but acts like a 5-year old, an acting-deputy chief of police who gets upset because said reported doesn't call to go and do stuff. Overall, the book wasn't very good
