Great writing about cultivating compassion and positive emotioball state. Some notes I jotted down: Seek happiness Cultivate that which brings joy and decrease stress When thinking about things that make you anxious, use that opportunity to think about how to deal with the situation. Use negative experiences to balance yourself and gain perspective. What knowledge can you gain? Knowledge and education is important to making a change. Gain perspective. Try to think the best of others and their motives. Try to understand their situations. We're all human first, and can all relate to each other through that lens. Change occurs gradually, little by little. Learn, contemplate, plan, then take action. Even Anger can be used to motivate change. Don't worry If your intentions are pure If there is no solution
