Great film. I really appreciated the attempt to give us an authentic sense of the life of those times in general, and that that family in specific: the actresses were normal looking people, there was no make up, dresses that should have been dirty were, actually, dirty, really interesting fabrics were used as was the style of the day, the post horses grimy from long journeys, the small rooms, the caring interactions and the painful interactions - amazing landscapes - and the poetry of Anne Brönte - not to mention great dialogue, cinematography, directing.. This is a movie I will probably watch many times.
